3. No Warranties or Guarantees
While we make reasonable efforts to connect you with qualified landscaping professionals, we make no warranties regarding contractor quality, reliability, performance, or results. Our website is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALLEY LANDSCAPE CONNECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING property damage, personal injury, financial losses, or disputes with contractors.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) during the six months preceding the claim.
